Course Outline

Hardware

• Install hardware devices such CD ROM and DVD.
• Install and upgrade hard drive and floppy drive
• Install and upgrade Motherboard, RAM, Modem, Network Card, Sound Card and Monitors.

Software

• Install and configure Windows 98/ME/XP.
• Install and Configure MS Office 2000/XP
• Differentiate between operating and application software.

Maintenance and Troubleshoot PC

• Maintenance and troubleshoot hardware devices and software problems.
